CINEMATIC DIRECTOR  |  UNREAL ENGINE 4

Borderlands 3 marketing campaign was my first gig with The Trailer Farm and my first trailer(s) in
Unreal Engine 4 (2019).

 

From Pre-Visualisation to final Authoring, I was responsible for Directing and Leading a small in-house Cinematic Team made of mid-weight and junior artists.

The majority of the animation work was based on motion capture data outsourced both in the Uk and in the US, for which I have supported its planning and shootings.

I have also directed and provided feedback to the outsource team involved in the Keyframed animation for the Creatures for some of the shots of the "Fl4k" trailer.

Part of my tasks were to establish the foundations for the collaborative workflows in Unreal Sequencer.

The position involved extensive use of UE4 Sequencer, Camera Layout/Animation and Characters Staging.
